Aileen O'Neill, Team Leader, Central

Aileen joined Bridge Housing in August 2020, managing the Housing First portfolio including Together Home, Step, Platform 70 and Connect 100. Her previous experience includes being trained under the Housing First founder, Sam Tsemberis and implementing Housing First Models across Ireland. Aileen is passionate about ending homelessness and the stigma associated with it and aims to ensure smooth transitions into housing.
