Assets

Before you use Report a Repair Online, please be aware that:

  • Emergency or urgent repairs should be reported to us as soon as possible by calling 02 8324 0800 
  • Report a Repair Online should only be used for new repairs and maintenance requests. If you have already reported a repair and need an update, please call our Asset Team on 8324 0886.

Northern beaches repairs

in the first instance, Northern Beaches tenants must report and follow up on repairs and maintenance requests with Broadspectrum’s Contractor Call Centre (CCC). See their contact details in the table above.

Any concerns with Broadspectrum's service should be raised with Bridge Housing for us to manage with the Land and Housing Corporation (LaHC) and Broadspectrum. When contacting us, please provide the following information:

  • date of call to Broadspectrum’s CCC
  • time of call to Broadspectrum’s CCC
  • name of Broadspectrum agent
  • work order number associated with reported issue.
