All Bridge Housing residents are now invited to give us feedback on how we are doing via the 2022 Tenant Satisfaction Survey.

This annual survey is confidential and feedback is anonymous, giving our tenant community the opportunity to provide open and honest feedback on our services.

The survey is managed on our behalf by the Community Housing Industry Association of NSW (CHIA NSW).

All tenants have been sent a letter with a hard copy survey to complete and return to CHIA with the reply paid envelope OR they can scan the QR code to complete the survey online. Tenants must use the user name and password supplied in the letter to ensure they complete the correct survey for their area.

Tenants who return their completed survey by the closing date (29 April 2022) go into the draw to win either an Apple iPad or one of two $500 Gift Vouchers!
