From Thursday 1 July 2021, Bridge Housing will take on full responsibility for all repairs and maintenance for properties in the Northern Beaches, with our proven service provider, Assett Group Services (AGS). 

This means that from 1 July, ALL Bridge Housing tenants should call (02) 8324 0800 and PRESS 1 to report all repair and maintenance issues. This number is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week for emergency repairs.

You need JavaScript enabled to view it..Assett Group Services has delivered repairs and maintenance for the remainder of Bridge Housing's properties since 2015 and recently won the contract to cover the Northern Beaches portfolio through a competitive tender process. AGS will take over from the Land and Housing Corporation contractors who have provided repair and maintenance services as part of contractual requirements of the Social Housing Management Transfer.
