The City of Sydney has approved the sale of an affordable housing site in Alexandria to Bridge Housing. We estimate the site has potential for up to 25 units once developed.

CEO John Nicolades said: "It's great to be partnering with Council to create high quality, environmental sustainable housing that will deliver much needed affordable housing within the City of Sydney."

Over the coming months, we will finalise the terms of the agreement and expect concept planning to commence in the second half of 2021 once Council completes the civil works to prepare the site for sale.  Photo: stock image.
