In the months after COVID-19 hit Australia, Noelle Loyzaga’s job as a travel consultant with Flight Centre became increasingly insecure. When her store finally closed and she was made redundant, Flight Centre’s loss became Bridge Housing’s gain.

Noelle joined the Northern Beaches office in late November as Contract Administrator in the Assets Team. Her strong customer service background and nearly three years previously in property management at a commercial real estate agency will hold her in good stead in the new role.

“I organise a lot of preventative maintenance, such as roof repairs and pruning trees, to prevent major incidents occurring at our properties. We’re always dealing with responsive maintenance and planned works to ensure the upkeep of the Northern Beaches portfolio,” Noelle said.

“Bridge Housing looks after its staff well, and because we’re looked after, we are able to do a better job in making a difference to other people’s lives. Working here makes me realise just how fortunate I am to be in this position and drives me to do all I can to help our clients”.

A keen amateur photographer who loves sport, Noelle faithfully supports the beloved Rabbitohs for whom her grandfather once played.
