Bridge Housing Chief Operating Officer Rebecca Pinkstone has been elected to the board of the Community Housing Industry Association (CHIA) NSW.

Bridge Housing CEO John Nicolades said: “I’m delighted that Rebecca was a successful candidate for one of three positions on the Board. This is great outcome that reflects the respect with which that Rebecca is held within the sector. It also a positive signal of a generational change and gender balance in NSW community housing leadership.”

Bridge Housing is a member of CHIA NSW, which has led recent advocacy campaigns to provide social housing economic stimulus in the wake of COVID-19 and to ensure everyone in NSW has a secure, affordable home.

Rebecca joined Bridge Housing in June 2013 and is responsible for driving the strategic design and implementation of Bridge Housing’s operations. Rebecca has also held senior operational and policy positions in the NSW Government delivering major reform programs to grow the community housing sector and improve social housing service delivery.

Congratulations Rebecca!
