Bridge Housing is honoured to have won a prestigious Voice Project Best Workplace award for the second year running. The awards recognise “best workplaces” that have excellent management practices and highly-engaged workforces.

Our recent 2020 Employee Opinion Survey showed staff engagement is at 84%, our highest score ever. This was 3% higher than in 2019 and 2018, and 17% above the industry benchmark.

We also scored 80% or higher across all benchmarks. This has led to us getting Best Workplace award from the Voice Project for the second year in a row.

VP Best Workplace Awards 2020 Logo Sm CEO John Nicolades said: “These are remarkable results for Bridge Housing, especially given the difficult operating environment since March and our rapid growth in 2019-20. I am immensely proud of all our staff and value their contributions and opinions very highly.”

“ The EOS results will be the focus of more discussion in the coming months as we seek to improve in some areas and to leverage our strengths. They will also inform the work we are doing to improve our Performance Management System in the context of our growth.”
