This annual survey is confidential and feedback is anonymous which gives our tenant community the opportunity to provide open and honest feedback on our services.
The Community Housing Industry Association of NSW (CHIA NSW) is managing the survey on our behalf by using a special coding system to ensure information remains private.
The survey should take around 10 minutes to complete and is designed to be quick and easy to answer. If you haven’t yet completed the survey, you can access it but clicking on one of the links below:
