Bridge Housing sends our Muslim residents and community warmest wishes during the Ramadan holy month.
Ramadan is the 9th month of the Islamic calendar and the holy month of fasting. This religious festival is observed by Muslims worldwide as a month of fasting, prayer, reflection and community.
Ramadan begins this evening and ends on 23 May, coinciding with the appearance of the new moons.
The Eid al-Fir celebration marks the end of the month when Muslims celebrate a successful Ramadan of fasting and worship.
