The Deicorp-Bridge Housing proposal for the Showground Road development site on Sydney’s new northwest metro line has won a NSW Government tender. 

Deicorp will deliver about 450 new apartments on the Castle Hill site, with 20 to 25 affordable housing units to be managed by Bridge Housing, Landcom CEO John Brogden announced yesterday. 

This will bring the total affordable housing units to be managed by Bridge Housing-HomeGround Real Estate Sydney to 75-80 units across the Tallawong (Rouse Hill) and Showground Rd sites.

CEO John Nicolades said:“This is another great win for Bridge Housing, which demonstrates we can hit above our weight to be part of Sydney’s solutions to affordable housing supply. We look forward to working with Landcom and Deicorp to realise this exciting project.”
