The property is well located: within 200m of several bus stops, while Ashfield Park and Ashfield Station are less than 1km away. 

We will settle on the block of studio apartments in December. Our Asset team will then oversee minor upgrades and refurbishments of the property and the units are expected to be available to social housing applicants in the first quarter of 2020.
