HomeGround Real Estate Sydney Trust Accountant Tracy Nguyen knew she wanted to work in real estate from the moment she left university.
The Masters of Professional Accounting graduate from the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) kicked off her career by working in real estate agencies in the eastern suburbs, CBD and inner south for five years.
“I feel happy when I can assist the tenant and the owner to fully understand the rent they will pay or receive. It’s not just about crunching the numbers, you are helping people.”
When she saw the trust accountant role for HomeGround Real Estate Sydney advertised, she was attracted to the idea of using her skills working for a not-for-profit.
Tracy joined the Bridge Housing team that launched HomeGround Real Estate Sydney in April last year and she hasn’t looked back!
“Working at HomeGround Real Estate Sydney means I can keep doing the job I am trained for but also contribute my knowledge and skills to the community,” she says.
