Effie Warren has returned to work after nine months’ parental leave to join the Housing team in a newly-created role.

As Senior Housing Manager – Arrears, Effie will oversee the management of tenancy arrears, identify trends and opportunities to improve processes, and will support staff in dealing with complex arrears matters to go before NCAT (NSW Civil & Administrative Tribunal).

The mother of eight-month-old Archer says the new role is flexible and allows her to combine a stimulating part-time job with her parental responsibilities.

Previously Bridge Housing’s Leasehold Manager, Effie says: “I’m also excited to be dealing directly with tenants again and to working with fellow housing team members.” It’s great to have you back Effie!
