Bridge Housing’s innovative not-for-profit real estate agency, HomeGround Real Estate Sydney, is celebrating one year in business today.

Launched in April 2018, HomeGround Real Estate Sydney has created a new market for the professional management of rental properties in Greater Sydney for landlords who want to do social good.

We have also attracted significant interest from developers and their agents who require a registered Community Housing Provider to manage the Affordable Housing units in their new developments. 

HomeGround Real Estate Sydney now has 74 properties under management, of which 52 are Affordable Housing. We are operating in six Local Government Areas from Waverley to Campbelltown to the Northern Beaches.

We have helped hundreds of people put a roof over their heads in a challenging rental market and provided high quality property management services to landlords.
