After five years in the Housing Pathways team at Bridge Housing, there’s little Florida Yap doesn’t know about housing assistance services. 

Her experience has been rewarded with a promotion to the new role of Senior Housing Manager, Pathways for the Goulburn St team. Florida will manage two Housing Managers and the day–to-day operations of the Pathways team providing extensive housing assistance services to clients in need.

“It’s so satisfying to do the legwork to assist people with their housing needs and to witness their joy in getting an affordable roof over their heads,” she said.

Another Senior Housing Manager, Pathways will run a team at the new Brookvale office from August, and both Senior Housing Managers will report to the new Manager Pathways Krystal Moores.
