HomeGround Real Estate Sydney has just put a fantastic portfolio of private rental homes and reduced-rent affordable housing onto the rental market.
All the properties, located from the Inner West to Westmead, are available for rent now. We have six Open homes today and 10 on Saturday, eight of which are Affordable Scheme reduced rent.
We will be opening for viewing and to take applications:
- Homebush: a 1-bedroom unit with parking
- Sydney Olympic Park: 2 Affordable Housing units: one 2-bedroom, two-bathroom unit with parking and one two-bedroom unit with parking
- Belmore: 1 private rental two-story, 3-bedroom villa in a small complex
- Westmead: a private rental two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit with parking
- Leichhardt: 6 Affordable Housing units in a quality new complex.
They include six brand new affordable housing units (see photo) in a larger apartment development at George St Leichhardt, which has excellent facilities and is close to the heart of Leichhardt and public transport.

Landlords can have us manage their properties at full market rent (and we put the profits from our management fees back into more affordable housing), under an Affordable Housing reduced-rent scheme or by donating their properties for rental.
