Bridge Housing and Waverley Council have completed the next stage in a successful partnership to create more affordable housing in Sydney’s tight eastern suburbs rental market. 

Together, we purchased a block of four units in Roberts Avenue Randwick in 2015-16. The property has since undergone extensive external renovation and some internal upgrading.

The homes have been tenanted with residents drawn from the Waverley Affordable Housing Program, which is managed by Bridge Housing on behalf of Waverley Council.

Bridge Housing won another five-year contract last year to manage Waverley’s Affordable Housing Programs.
