With less than six months until the Social Housing Management Transfer (SHMT) takes effect on 2 August, we are keen to hear how Northern beaches residents think we are communicating and supporting them through the transition.

This is why Bridge Housing and the Women’s Housing Company are running a simple Pulse-Check Survey asking for tenants’ feedback. The online six-question survey can be completed in just a few minutes.

The survey link is available to all Northern beaches residents via the Bridge Housing and Women's Housing Company websites, and the Transition Team will take laptops to the rest of our Neighbourhood Q&A sessions to help residents complete the survey online.

While we won't reach all those who've engaged with us over the past six months, it's important that we take this mid-transition snapshot to ensure we learn from residents' initial experiences to deliver the best communications and engagement that we can moving forward.
