Bridge Housing and the Women’s Housing Company will be holding Question & Answer (Q&A) sessions in your neighbourhood from December 2018 – March 2019 to answer your questions about the management transfer process.

Some 1,200 tenants on the Northern beaches will transition from FACS to our tenancy management from 1 August 2019 under the Government’s Social Housing Management Transfer Program.

We will be visiting with our mobile office to local areas and blocks with a number of social housing residents to explain the transfer process. We have already held five Meet and Greet sessions across the region to get to know our new residents. 

By now, Northern beaches tenants should have received an SMS message to their phones notifying them of who their housing provider will be: Bridge Housing or the Women’s Housing Company. View the housing allocations.

Residents can attend any one of the Neighbourhood Q&A sessions but may prefer to attend one close to their home. pdf View the timetable (85 KB) .
