Lindsey Gray is Development Director at Bridge Housing, with over 15 years of experience leading complex social and affordable housing development projects across the public and not-for-profit sectors.
Lindsey brings deep technical expertise spanning planning, feasibility, procurement, design and construction, guiding projects through every stage from concept to completion. She is known for her ability to set clear strategic direction on complex projects, identify opportunity and deliver outcomes that maximise value for the organisation and the community. Since joining Bridge Housing, Lindsey has also contributed to strengthening the organisation’s development capability — improving governance frameworks, procurement processes and decision-making structures to support delivery with both rigour and agility.
Lindsey’s leadership is grounded in structured mentoring, open communication and genuine investment in her team. She is a skilled negotiator and trusted communicator across government, community and internal stakeholders, able to navigate competing interests and build consensus in complex and politically sensitive environments.
