Journalling for Wellbeing starts Tuesday 1 April 2025.
These Free workshops will run Tuesdays: 1, 8 and 15 April and Fridays 4 and 11 April.
Bridge Housing’s Glebe tenants are invited to a free workshop combining journal writing and mindfulness techniques to support you to achieve your goals and intentions.
Facilitated by travel writer, author and mindfulness teacher Walter Mason, learn how to turn observations into notable journal entries.
For ages 18 years and over. You can join one or all of the workshops. Each session ends with tea, coffee and conversation.
