- EFTPOS: Pay by phone or in person at our office.
Your rent is calculated based on whether you are living in social housing or affordable housing.
Social Housing Rent
- Bridge Housing gives rental subsidies to eligible households.
- Rent is based on the NSW Community Housing Rent Policy.
- It’s generally 25% to 30% of household income plus 100% of Commonwealth Rent Assistance.
Affordable Housing Rent
Ethical landlords offer their property 20% below market rate to assist households on low to medium incomes (eligibility criteria applies).
