Design development of the Mascot Social & Affordable Housing development has now effectively commenced through the Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) phase, marking a key transition from procurement into active project delivery under Bridge Housing and Homes NSW.
During this phase, key activities include ongoing design coordination, and demolition works to prepare the site for construction.Once complete, the Mascot project will comprise of 126 social and affordable housing dwellings across buildings ranging from three to eight storeys, supported by communal facilities, parking, landscaping, and public domain upgrades.
