Our developments

Bridge x Capella Capital

Redfern Place

Elizabeth Street Redfern is destined to be a blueprint for future inner-city social and affordable developments. In a NSW sector first, we are the first community housing provider to be appointed lead developer for a large-scale Government redevelopment. In partnership with Capella Capital, this $230 million people-focused precinct will provide over 350 homes and a state of the art community hub, breathing life into a site that has been vacant for more than a decade. Our focus is on delivering more social and affordable homes for our community.

Bridge x City of Sydney

Aboriginal Women’s Housing

We have been able to provide housing for twenty Aboriginal women close to their community in the inner city. The 2023 Glebe property acquisition received the help of a $7.8 million grant from the City of Sydney.

By purchasing this unit block in Glebe, we have retained affordable homes for our local community. The upgrade works we are undertaking will improve the environmental performance and reduce costs for our residents over the longer term. Residents will also help design and create a new community garden using Indigenous designing for country principles.

Bridge x Homes NSW

Western Sydney

“My new home means a second chance at life and a solid foundation to adapt to living with numerous health concerns and mental health issues.” Resident.

Demand for affordable housing in Western Sydney has never been higher. More than 18,000 or 10% of households in the Parramatta region are in rental stress, paying more than they can afford in rent. We partnered with the NSW Government to deliver 93 quality new apartments in South Granville and Westmead. With solar panels, a community garden and energy efficient fittings, these apartments have been designed with people and the environment at the heart.

HomeGround Sydney, our for-purpose agency, serviced the tenant allocation and management for the affordable housing dwellings in these project.
