Nudge Theory in action
Nudge Theory continues to prove itself as an effective evidence-based framework to improve our service delivery to our tenants.
First introduced into Bridge Housing in 2021, our Nudge-inspired programs use behavioural insights gained from customer journey mapping to design of customer-focused solutions.
We were honoured to win the Australasian Housing Institute’s Brighter Future Award in 2023 for Excellence in Social Housing for our Nudge program.
