The Housing Australia Future Fund (HAFF) has been a game changer for social and affordable housing supply in Australia. 

Bridge is proud to be a HAFF delivery partner with a pipeline of new homes to help address the housing crisis. 

Hon Clare O’Neil MP, the Minister for Housing, confirmed this week the approval of more than 5,600 new social and affordable homes across 16 major projects under HAFF Round 3. 

Sustained investment is essential. Our focus is on turning funding into homes for people who need them.
