Antoinette joined Bridge Housing in 2026 as Chief People Officer. She is responsible for organisational development, industrial relations, workforce planning, learning and development, diversity and inclusion.
Antoinette is an experienced HR executive, having previously held leadership roles at Standards Australia, City of Canterbury Bankstown and the University of Sydney. She is on the board of directors of the Jannawi Family Centre.
