Artist impression
Bridge Housing is partnering with Homes NSW and the Federal Government to deliver a significant social and affordable housing redevelopment in Mascot.
Supported by funding from the Housing Australia Future Fund (HAFF), the redevelopment will replace 25 ageing townhouse and walk-up dwellings with 126 new apartments in a 3-8 storey building, providing a contemporary mix of social and affordable housing.
The new homes will be modern, energy-efficient and built for long-term durability. The site is well located near jobs, parks, shops, schools and public transport, providing residents with strong access to local services, opportunities and open space.
Demolition is expected to commence in Q2 2026, with main construction works to follow later in the year, supporting local employment and contributing to the delivery of much-needed housing across Greater Sydney.
