CHIA Household Energy Survey

Almost 400 Bridge residents completed the CHIA NSW survey about energy usage. This is an excellent response rate that will help us continue to advocate to reduce energy bills whilst the temperature in your home more comfortable.
SHEPI update
The Social Housing Energy Performance Initiative (SHEPI) program will provide solar systems, ceiling insulation and fans, draught proofing, and LED lighting upgrades to 100 homes.
We have now visited all these homes to introduce the program to residents and scope out the works. We are excited to begin these works early in the new year.

Want to learn more about your energy bills and usage? We recently had experts from CHIA and the UTS Institute for Sustainable Futures visit us to provide training to support residents. Ask your housing managers for practical strategies and supports available to you.
