Advance Scholarship Grant 2026
Don’t miss out on your chance to receive a Bridge resident Advance Scholarship for yourself or for your child to help with your education or work goals. Applications close January 2026 and some eligibility criteria applies. If you need help filling out the application, just call the Communities team on 8324 0800.
What is an Advance Scholarship?
This grant program helps Bridge Housing residents improve their job opportunities or assists with their children’s educational costs.
For School Age Children:
Use the scholarship for school supplies like textbooks, equipment, or a laptop.
You can also use it for activities outside school, such as swimming, dance, art classes, or sports, which support learning and involvement.
For Adults:
Use the scholarship for tertiary education including job training, apprenticeships, or studying at TAFE,
university, or school.
It covers courses that help you in you get a job. You can also use it for equipment directly related to
those courses, including laptops.
