Northern Beaches

From August 2019, Bridge Housing, in partnership with the Women’s Housing Company, will manage some 1,200 social housing tenancies on the Northern Beaches on behalf of the NSW Department of Family and Community Services.

If you are a FACS tenant in this area, we will help you to make a smooth transition to becoming a Bridge Housing tenant.

Will I be a Bridge Housing or Women's Housing Company tenant?

  • The Women’s Housing Company will manage all tenancies in Mosman and some tenancies in Dee Why and Narraweena.
  • Bridge Housing will manage most tenancies in Dee Why and Narraweena and all tenancies in other Northern Beaches suburbs.
  • If you live in Dee Why or Narraweena, you will have received a letter from us confirming whether Bridge Housing or Women's Housing Company will manage your tenancy.
  • If you live in a block of units or villa, all tenancies in your block will be managed by the same provider.
